Encapsulate your opponent's stones completely to remove them from the board. Command more space than your opponent by the end of the game to succeed. Utilize strategy to hinder your opponent's moves while expanding your own territory. Note that stones are stationary once placed, unless taken. Play concludes when both players forgo their turns consecutively, indicating no more moves can help either side.
